For most of my career, I worked in creative production, producing campaigns, events and experiences for some incredible brands. Alongside that, I spent my evenings teaching fitness classes and my weekends exploring vineyards, wineries and wine regions.
For years, those three parts of my life lived separately. Then, during maternity leave with my second daughter, I found myself asking why.
Why did work, movement and wine have to exist in different worlds? Why did I always feel like I had to choose one over another?

I was fed up with compromising.
So I stopped.

AER is where everything I love finally comes together.
A place built around movement, wine, creativity and connection.
Whether you join us for a workout, a wine tasting, a creative workshop or a retreat, my hope is simple: that you leave feeling a little more like yourself than when you arrived.

AER \ ‘air’
In Latin, aer (genitive aeris, masculine) means "air," "the lower atmosphere," "sky," or "mist/vapor".
Derived from Greek aēr, it refers to the breathable air surrounding the earth.
When we open wine, we give it room to breath, we 'air' it. A sense of unwind.
When we move, we breath out. Sweat. Release.
When we come together or retreat, we feel grounded, light effortless.
Wine. Wellness. Connection.

Bordeaux Retreat
"At your Art & Wine event, where we tasted two different Chardonnays, I wasn't sure I'd enjoy them. But you made me realise I actually love an oaky, creamy style of Chardonnay instead of the rubbish I was drinking before. Team Chardonnay!"
