A more considered way to move.

AER Method is built around the idea that movement should support the whole of you with strength, energy, mindset and recovery.

 

Led by Philippa, a mother of 2, Level 4 personal trainer and fitness instructor, with qualifications focusing on pre and post natal, injury management, alongside strength and functional fitness. 

 

Sessions are designed to feel immersive yet accessible, balancing intensity with care, and always grounded in intention.

 

Less about extremes, more about how it feels to move well.

There is a natural focus on working with the body as it is, adapting, evolving, and supporting you through different stages of life.

For now, it begins in a more relaxed way. A series of small, considered sessions will start to appear,  including baby-friendly formats, offering a first way to move and connect.

Nothing overbuilt.
